The Invitation Suite

The entire invitation suite includes a mounted invitation in a custom folder, RSVP card, soft pink inserts and a custom watercolor map by Cait Courneya. Work with us to create artwork and map for your venue and region

The Invitation Folder

This suite is bound in a beautiful folder with a custom monogram and vellum wrap printed with a piece of art inspired by your venue. The package is finished with silk ribbon and wax seal

The Invitation

Inside the folder is a mounted invitation and pocket to hold the RSVP card and other inserts. The artwork from the vellum wrap extends to line the inside of the folder

Wax Sealed Escort Cards

Sweet tiny envelopes enclosing seat assignments and finished with a wax seal in design and color of choice

Dinner Menu

A classic dinner menu with gold font to compliment the suite. Available in color of choice

Custom Cocktail Napkins

OUR PROCESS

Our design process, like our events, is approached with an obsessive attention to detail as we aspire for every piece of stationery, gift and guest surprise to be as personal as the celebration you're creating. Whether an intimate dinner party or the most glamorous wedding one has ever seen, we would be honored to work with you in curating the beautiful stationery, perfect details and intentional moments we've become known for at Beth Helmstetter Events.

Connect

After reviewing our collections, please contact us at shop@bethhelmstetter.com to discuss the details of your design. From there, we will create a proposal for our existing semi-custom stationery or share more about our custom design process.

Design

Once the preferred service level and starting investment is approved, we will begin the design process. With semi-custom designs, we provide two proofs so you can edit content and colors accordingly. With a custom design, we will start a dialogue about your celebration and vision which will be used to inspire our initial designs.

Production

Once your design is perfected, content has been fully edited and approved, we'll begin producing your event stationery and details. Depending on design, pieces are typically delivered between three to six weeks after your design is finalized. That said, final delivery date will be dependent on the overall scope of your project. Rush orders are available upon request.
