Beth Helmstetter Events is a full service event design and planning studio specializing in celebrations and multi-day weddings throughout the world.
Our service, like our events, is approached with an obsessive attention to detail as we aspire to make the planning and design process as personal as the event we’re creating. Whether a five day wedding weekend in Italy or a backyard birthday party, we take pride in creating lifelong memories and believe every step of the process assists in doing so.
Beyond just aesthetically beautiful events, I’m often called upon to create sacred moments. Ones where both our clients and guests are fully connected to the experience. I believe we are producing more than events. Instead we very often collaborating on the most significant celebration our clients will ever host. I overthink every detail because after over 15 years of experience, I know the celebrations we’re a part of are so much more than parties; they are lifelong memories.
At the core of my design approach is curiosity. Curiosity about the individuals or brand I’m collaborating with. Curiosity about the region I’m working in. Curiosity about the simplest of details that can take the guest experience from average to one filled with meaning. This curiosity is at the cornerstone of every event my team and I create no matter where we are in the world.
Beyond my work, I believe in designing a life I love, filled with intentional relationships, a well-curated home, health and the time to enjoy each of these things. While I love accolades as much as the next person, my true definition of success is creating a life filled with joy and purpose and one which ultimately allows me to be fully present with my family, friends, associates and every client.

Beyond Celebrations, we create Good Beginnings
In 2016, our desire to contribute to the world as a whole fueled the start of an initiative which combines our passion for weddings and celebrations with the world’s need for our generosity as a whole. This was the humble start of The Good Beginning, an online charitable registry where couples can register for donations to their favorite organization in lieu or in addition to a traditional wedding registry. The Good Beginning was created to encourage couples to start their marriage with the ritual of giving and provide inspiration for incorporating conscious design and living into their everyday life.
