What could be better than dancing up a storm with all of your friends & family? How about giving them a little something to nibble on so they have more dancing energy? We love to see guests dance the night away, and they always appreciate having a little something to re-energize them and get back out there. Below are my personal favorite late night bites. Yum!

TACO BAR

Sign. Me. Up. This is my ultimate fav (fun fact, I pride myself on being a taco connoisseur). They’re a hit with wedding guests who prefer to customize their snacks a little bit too like Karen and Al‘s taco bar featured below.

DONUTS

These just happened to be the size of my face and so so yummy. They were gone in about 60 seconds at Hillary & Jonathan’s Wedding.

FRESH CHURROS

Add a side of dipping chocolate like Lana & Adam did at our recent wedding in Mexico City. Golden. (Photos of this beauty coming soon.)

SLIDERS

Beef, chicken, pastrami, veggie, you name it. If it’s miniature and on a bun, it’s sure to be a hit. Pastrami sliders featured below from Alyssa & Ryan’s Wedding.

IN N OUT BURGER

Don’t want to go miniature with your burgers? No problem. In n Out burger has a food truck that travels to your special event in Southern California. This is always a go-to for those out of town guests with the Southern California culinary bucket list.

FISH AND CHIPS

For the perfect east-coast soiree. Serve with a dusting of vinegar and tartar sauce. These sweet cones are from Karen and Al‘s 10 year vow renewal celebration.

FANCY CHICKEN & WAFFLES

Karen and Al also added a drizzle of balsamic (fancy hot sauce works too!).
