EVENT PRODUCER | Full Time | Los Angeles based
Beth Helmstetter is seeking an experienced event producer to serve as the project manager for our events throughout the world. The ideal candidate will have luxury hospitality experience and have a strong passion for and background in weddings. This individual will:
- Lead and manage all aspects of events, internal teams and vendors
- Oversee every step of the event planning process from proposal to on site implementation
- Manage internal event team including design, production and status
- Develop and maintain high level contact with new and existing clients
- Supervise Production Manager, Design Manager and Event Associate on a daily basis
This is a full time, salaried position and will work in our West Hollywood studio. This is not a remote position nor is there flexibility for it to develop into one. Weekends, evenings and travel are requirements of this position.
STRATEGIC CONTENT LEAD | Part Time | Remote | Contract Position
Beth Helmstetter is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Content Lead to join our dynamic team. We are a creative design and production house, serving distinguished clients around the world. Underneath our house of brands is a charitable wedding registry called The Good Beginning, and a blossoming lifestyle blog and shop. This Strategic Content Lead will play an instrumental role in ensuring our projects are shared in the right ways with our larger community through compelling content campaigns and consistent connection with those who seek our inspiration and guidance.
This individual will:
- Offer a strategic, proactive mindset to our multifaceted luxury business as it grows
- Have experience working in E-Commerce, graphic design, editing, writing and social media management. You’ll be responsible for design, creation, managing, maintaining, updating, and editing all content for our social platforms and blog.
- Be well-versed in project management, and comfortable working under the founder of the business, Beth Helmstetter, remotely.
This is an exciting part time, contract position for a driven individual with an interest in the events, hospitality and lifestyle fields.
