I’d be amiss if I didn’t say out loud how lucky I am to travel the world while doing something I love so much. I don’t even know how I got here, but often when I’m places like Paris, Bali or even Wyoming, I truly need to pinch myself. And, Hermes and Michelle’s private island wedding in the Philippines was one of those moments. For this wedding we hosted a full weekend of events for the couple and their guests at the Amanpulo Resort. After guests arrived on a private flight from Manila to the Pamilican Island, they were greeted with leis and then led to their villas to change for the beach welcome party complete with a toes in the sand, roasted suckling pig and decor inspired by the local culture. We had handmade ceramic plates, woven linens and island grown fruit for centerpieces. Aka, my own personal heaven.
