After years and years and hundreds of weddings, we can honestly say that champagne is very often wasted when it comes time for toasts. Much to our dismay, most guests take an obligatory sip and the rest gets tossed. Sad, we know! While we personally love the celebratory nature of everyone partaking in a glass of something a bit sparkly, it certainly is not where we’d recommend investing a ton of funds. That said, when it comes to choosing the actual label, we’d recommend putting the higher end champagne on the bars where your bubbly loving guests can order one, two or five glasses upon request and leaving the more middle of the row sparkling wine for the actual toast.
